Sales vs Sample Report:

This report sorts by customer within territory. The report compares sample sales by product. All pertinent sales information can be found on this report.

Territory Sales Report:

On one page, this report provides the following information for a territory:

total accounts

value of discounts

active accounts

commissions paid

active accounts with 3 invoices

expenses paid

new accounts

salary paid

value of samples sold

bonuses paid

value of samples returned

sales by product line

value of no charge samples

percentage of sales against the entire company

discounts given

ratio of rep costs to rep sales

This report columnizes the above information by month to date, year to date, last year to date and all of last year.

This report must be seen to be appreciated.

Sales by Specifier:

For contract and hospitality sales, this report tells you who is specifying your product.

Sales by Product Line:

This one page report prints the following information for each product line: Dollar Backlog, Dollars Booked This Week, Dollars Booked This Month, Dollars Billed This Week, Dollars Billed This Month, Dollars Billed This Year, and Dollars Billed for the Same Period Last Year.

Commissions:

Commissions can be earned upon sale or payment. Our commission report prints the following sections for each rep:

Commissions due from invoices.

Commissions due from payment of previous months invoices.

Commissions not payable until payment received in full (includes orders guaranteed by the showroom)

Commission adjustments.

Commissions can be adjusted or split at any time. An adjustment will recast sales by rep and specifier.

We also provide the ability to track contract jobs before they become orders.

 

 

Inventory Highlights

Our inventory module provides all the pertinent information needed to manage your ever changing inventory position. Our Mill Purchase Order Module is designed for the paper-less environment. An operator only needs an item number to place a purchase order. Listed below are some of the key features.

  • Actual piece cost includes material, duty, broker and finishing costs.
