Support Includes the following:
- We will answer an unlimited number of questions on the
application software if they are received in writing via fax or mail. You
may also chose the Substitute Phone For Fax option at an additional monthly
charge
- We provide updated operating instructions for the latest
version of our software.
- We provide updates to our general package to new accounts
at no charge, except for an installation charge for the time it takes to
install these updates and time spent on training.
- We correct software bugs that are reported within one year
of an update or modification.
- There are no charges for fax, modem and phone for normal
support services.
- One hour per month for the following:
- Diagnosing hardware problems, network problems and
data corruption problems.
- Fixing corrupt data.
- Written requests required (fax or mail) or a $95 surcharge
applies.
