When Madeaux started working with PDF Systems back in 2020 we had been looking for an order management system able accommodate our growing business needs. The system has made our back-office processes much speedier and more efficient saving the Madeaux team both time and money on day-to-day tasks in the sales and purchasing departments. We are able to store and access detailed product information as well as update our range with speed and accuracy. In addition, the link to Order Track has transformed our sampling system as well as making the product information accessible to so many of our partners in the US who are already familiar with it. This has been invaluable since we are based in the UK and not always available to respond to requests immediately.
Steve and ‘team PDF’ have always responded immediately to any of our queries and are so easy and friendly to deal with – we are not required to be highly technical because they are so good at understanding what we need! We use WEB-MLS in our showroom to process fabric/wallpaper orders. We are a multi line showroom and WEB-MLS does a great job at keeping everything neat and organized and easy to access! Carlene is a Rock Star! I can always count on her to make updates, give feedback on ideas we may have to make this software fit our needs better or just uploading new vendor price lists!
